It’s obviously not like being NT, but my experience with ADHD is a lot less brutal then whenever i hear autists talk. I was always hyperactive and jestering, but i was so extroverted i could talk to anyone. I’d much rather be hyper and low inhib than high inhib.

It used to be a big nerf but they had me do some jewish “behavioral training”, and my hyperactivity dosent turn people off anymore because i have it kinda under control. If I wasn’t an ltn it honestly would be a good thing to have.

ADHD varies from person to person. For example, I don’t have the hyperactivity aspect. Also, in ADHD, the connection between the amygdala and the prefrontal cortex is generally weak, and this makes you anxious.
