ADHD isnt recognized as a real disorder in my country

Even if sleep apnea causes adhd symptoms, I cant do anything about it because I cant earn money to pay for surgery without taking stimulants.

I have the same issue. I plan on getting jaw surgery in the future, but that won't be for 2-3 years. Is there any way I can improve my sleep/breathing in the meantime?
