Im currently on 54mg of Concerta and it fucking works really well for me and my mind. But i can go a whole day without eating which could be a meta to getting lean. The appetite supression is nothing like before considering that im on a fairly high dose. Obviously mine are prescribed for my needs but should i ever consider taking advantage of this, not overdosing but just maybe taking 1 more at night or smth

Yeah im not a huge dope or anything. Its just been increased over the past 7 years so ive been on different doses for a long time
