Adhd is not a big deal bro

it can be.
I also have adhd and while I can partly compensate it with high intelligence it still hinders me from reaching my full potential and causes problems in relationships. It also gives me insomnia.

go to a psychiatrist and get diagnosed. then go to therapy and try different meds at different doses with medical supervision (elvanse, ritalin are the most common ones). don't just randomly try shit out on your own, youre 14 ffs.
