I have it too, wait until you stop growing to take them.
Meantime trying building habits that help to regulate your ADHD symptoms like having a constant routine and making yourself do shit right away so you can’t procrastinate and let shit pile up.

Also limit your time for doing things that easily waste time like games or going on your phone.

Most important thing is building a routine and making it a habit, for example every time school ends you go gym for an hour get back home and study for two. Setting a routine will be hard but it’s necessary if you want to work around your ADHD
