Shit keeps me sane. I havent really talked to my voices for 3 fucking dayssssss. Thats the same as not holding eye conctact with your pet for 3 days or smth. I havent encountered bad voices the past 3 days really which is good. I miss the good voices, I really do but fuckkkkk broo im so productive with the meds i cant believe it. Im doing school again and not rotting on .org all day.

The side effects like insomnia still rape me, but yeah it is what it is.

Currently on daridorexant at night + Concerta 18 mg (I get insomnia at that low dose) but I will beg tomorrow for elvanse again

I think i might hop on guanfacine again to better my sleep.

To the adhd meds?
My therapist said that im sensitive due to my autism.

Bakc in the day at 8 years old I used to be on around 40 mg medikinet, now I already get sides at 20 mg
