methylphenidate 64mg split the pill in two and take half of that pill, It helps you concentrate a lot, and one of its effects is that it suppresses your appetite, or at least that's what always happens to me when I take it.

You got diagnosed and you weren’t referred to a psychiatrist who can prescribe you meds?
