ADHD is literally ruining my life, I cant really focus on any specific topic and Adderall is just temporary solution which sometimes work on low dosage below 5mg in my case if taken upto 10MG it causes me Overthinking and now even on 5MG same thing is happening.
Any guide or recommendations to fix this Sub5 mental disorder?

Take 80mgs

Dosage above 10MG will create tolerancy which will take forever to recover and also the addiction without it life will feel shit.
