So i was recently diagnosed with adhd by a psychiatrist, but he excitingly told me that my country doesnt even get adhd meds because apparently its extremely controlled here and nobody even cares about the disorder.
What would you guys do, im currently in college so basically im fucked. Is there any way to manage it without meds?
