adhd and autism are commorbid usually so its natural to think that. I do think hyperactive adhd+autism mogs inattentive adhd+autism tho. Those fuckers act like women irl.

Since birth because compared to other kids i was always disobedient and hyperactive. I had to sit away from everyone else bc the teacher wanted to humiliate me due to my disobedience. She was so insecure lol and tried to abuse her power bc she wanted every single kid to suck her off. I was literally treated like a witch bc of genetics. clown world

Tough. I'm not sure what helps ADHD/attention span other than "muh less technolomogy"

Maybe meditation, seems to be good for mental health, in general and just a quick search shows a good deal of articles that say it helps ADHD.
