Can someone remind me if a specific type of fat (belly) has more aromatase than other fatty tissue? I think I read something about it a long time ago. Also, Would getting down to sub-15% bf be enough to significantly reduce aromatase and testosterone conversion activity? I am natty for context, but my testosterone is very high (3 plate bench, wide frame, strong jaw if you look at my father as well as pre-natal T markers in me (taint distance))

Pretty sure I have read that belly fat is the worse for that. I would think 15% would be a good level not to have too much of that going on.
