Define primal diet. Maybe we can agree on something, I mean personally and objectively speaking, a balanced, non-processed diet consisting of whole foods where you balance fats (for hormones primarely), protein (for everything) and carbs (ATP production, some other physiological processes) is ideal.

Your right, but for the dosage part, fats should be abt 50%, proteins 30% and carbs 20% of diet, carbs- fruit sources, maybe white rice and potatoes a can be considered too. Proteins-meat, eggs. Fats- animal fats, coconut oil, maybe some olive oil, egg yolks etc. organs can also be included periodically depending on ur body I would say. Sea food is pretty good addition for the diet too
