“A tendency or willingness to act with the intent to harm, destroy, or commit injustices, in violation of moral standards.”

Sure, being the “mastermind” behind the murder and torture of 11 million people. I think that was pretty evil; it showed no respect for human dignity.

I think that anyone who kills and commits injustices against those who are worthy is evil, and that includes many of those whom history has labeled as saviors or the good guys.
