To keep the SS and Police free of pests with same-sex inclinations, I decree:

I.For members of the SS and Police, the following penal provision shall apply in place of Sections 175 and 175a of the Penal Code:Any member of the SS or Police who engages in indecent acts with another man or allows himself to be used for indecent acts by him shall be punished by death. In less serious cases, a sentence of penitentiary or imprisonment of not less than six months may be imposed. In the case of a member of the SS or Police who was under twenty-one years of age at the time of the offense and was seduced into committing the act, the court may, in particularly minor cases, refrain from imposing a penalty.

II.The imposition of the penalties threatened under I. is independent of the offender's age.

III.The offenses described under I. are subject to the jurisdiction of the SS and Police Special Courts according to the applicable regulations. The jurisdiction of the Wehrmacht courts remains unaffected.

IV.The regulations necessary for the implementation and supplementation of this decree shall be issued by the Reichsführer-SS and Chief of the German Police in the Reich Ministry of the Interior.
