I have an Adonis belt but want to make it more prominent. What exercises should I do

I'm pretty sure there's nothing you can do for it, aside from weight loss, as it's not a muscle. or if it is a muscle, it's not its muscularity that gives it prominence. mine is more prominent when my abs are less muscular. i think it's purely genetic.

well there's definitely no way to raise them. i feel like the thing that makes them most prominent is to force air into then. i mean, that's not what's actually happening, but the way you can force your belly out when you breathe instead of your chest, do that to them.

it’s not a muscle but the transverse abdominus muscle is right under it so if you grow that it will become more prominent. Planks, ab wheel rollouts, and stomach vacuums work it well.

dont isolate it. U will end up with blocky physique like jason statham. V-taper mog. Just focus on lateral delts. Best time investment u can do.
