I think he will have trouble accepting the fact his nose is the main reason for his appeal, because he himself had rhinoplasty. He literally had to have some surgeon cut open his nose, play with it, in order to make it more euro-centric. You're never going to be able to convince him. I can understand. If I had a rhinoplasty due to having a big nose and I were to find out it wasn't even a problem to begin with in women's eyes, I'd legit feel suicidal.
