He won it for The Pianist at age 29 (becoming the youngest male actor to win this, and still is) and now for The Brutalist at age 51.

Seems like Adrien Brody + The -ist = Oscar.

When I found out he would have to complete with Timothy and an ethnic, I thought “Oh, dang, he’s most likely not gonna win.” But Adrien won after all. The movie’s got a limited release (4 or 8 movie theaters), but still made $1 million, which is pretty damn good for such a limited release. I am going to watch it as well. Yes, it’s the Golden Globe awards! They give out Oscars.
