I grew up disabled and by some miracle I no longer have health issues. I'm hardmaxxing before I start University. The reason you have the ability to even think about these things in the first place can be traced back to a loooong line of humans, who have found themselves here, under the same circumstances, just birthed into this world, when they didn't ask to be either

I think you’re right, unless you are maybe a celebrity or something (like a singer for example) , life will probably be quite monotonous for most people. And even if you are famous or in another way exceptional, you can still be very unhappy. But there are some good things you can experience as an adult. For example, if you have children and you are a good parent for them and love them that is a unique experience. And many will fuck it up and that is sad. Or they will think they don’t want to do it until it’s too late. Maybe a really good marriage can also exist but it’s hard. And besides that you have to find things you love that make you happy. For that you have to put in effort and not be tempted by the easy things like video games or watching porn but find real passions which can be hard in this world unfortunately. But besides that yeah, I think most of life is lived during the first quarter of it more or less. Some people also get very old. To me that seems scary. Maybe you might have grandkids which you will love but otherwise what will you do by that time? I don’t want to get that old.

2)Now imagine you're a 35 year old newly made billionaire, full of stress and full of responsibility, working 24/7 for many years to get to that point, with all the stress and responsibility that comes with it.
