I'm just turned 16 this year. These are things I'm doing right now. I know it's mostly cope, but I wanted to know if there were other things I could do. This is what I am currently doing: (I am going to figure out how to make my own orthodontic appliances like a reverse pull headgear and a twin block) (I also canthus cut once, but I chickened out and didn't go that deep and it just healed back) I know its over, but yk idk man. I don't want to rope maxx bro
The biggest problem is the high-set curved eyebrows fucking up my facial thirds, and the side profile is lowkey kind of fucked since the beginning since I'm Asian. This was how it looked like when I was 14, btw, so it's better ig.
What I am currently doing, most of it is cope, but what if it works yk:
Sleep: The standard shit you find in health websites
Supplements: Vitamin DK 2000 Liposomal, Pure Collostrum (i found it in my grandma's medicine cabinet), some probiotics, and yeah.
Castor oil on brows, the eye drops stuff, sunscreen, coconut water (before school to debloat, im super bloated cuz its summer and i don't got to do that), hyoid exercises, chin tucks, face pulling (lowkey doesn't work and will fuck up my jaw so im trying to figure out how to make a DIY orthodontic appliance),
Bone smashing:
5-10 minutes per site (2x a day) using a massage gun (from this thread: https://looksmax.org/threads/massage-gun-bonesmash-protocol-science-behind-it.2109056/

I tried to canthus cut and give myself a scar, but I pussied out and didn't do it deep enough so it just healed.
