Any advice on how to improve? I know my jaw is fucked, gonna try to get diagnosed with OSA and get free bimax+CCW LF1

My orthodontist told me i have skeletal open bite, and my palate is 35mm (pretty narrow).
Plan is probably braces+marpe then surgery

Gonna start microneedling+lipovela v for face, and add az acid+estro cream+tret

Hop on roids idk how old but if ure growth plates still open add hgh 0.21iu per kg for actuall height also pair it with ai to minimize sides of aas

Forgot to mention, hopping on test+primo+var in 1 month.
Im 18 so height wise im prob cooked

I think I do though, my midface and mandible has downward growth of doom. Especially my maxilla is recessed asf

marpe would also contribute to some downward growth; it just expands the maxilla which idt u need

I was going to try to get marpe too but idt i can afford a longer midface/more dowards growth, also would droop the nose

ima j do braces/invisalign to fix some asymtry n alignment and try larp OSA later
