greedy dr. shekelberg convinced me to pull all four of my wisdom teeth

I did zero research because it's common, and it ended up retracting my face A LOT. my chin and lips moved back and my tongue has way less room now

need someones advice on how to go about reversing the changes. was thinking of bimax + implants cuz my ramus is gone now but idk lmk tbh ngl
