Advice about needles? How to make use easier?

I’ve been scared of needles for some time and now I’ll have to face that fear, what’s some advice and how did it help you

Can you reuse needles if you clean them?
Is there a way to make the process smoother? Ect

It’s better not to use a cleaned unsterile needle unless you dip in 99% ethanol which I still wouldn’t do.

There’s many ways to make injections hurt less.
You can stretch your skin with your thumb and index finger so the surface is smooth.
Your nerves would be kind of distracted on the stretching.
Another way is to get thinner needles,a 23 gauge needle hurts less than a 20 gauge but don’t exceed past 23-24 gauge.
And there’s also taking a mild pain killer like paracetamol before the injection.

Honestly I wouldn’t be scared of it.
You can do everything I said at once or do one method at a time.
The higher the gauge of the needle the thinner it is ,causing less pain.
