I got 0.1% cause im on tret and my skin is very fucked up and dry also purging so how often should I use the hydrocortisone and for how long

Uhhh well this only works if your bulbous tip is actually puffy.

Hydrocortisone works by thinning skin temporarily (works fast) and long-term little by little.

I use 2.5% every 2 days (3 days of the week) every other week routinely and plan accordingly for when I go out (like a “pump” for nose thinning)

Proof is in the pudding, DNR the “cope” idiots as it does work slightly.

If your nose is big and most cartilage, 100% try accutane (to try and shrink the oil {succubus} glands down as much as possible) and/or rhino

at that point it has around the same effect of getting rid of blackheads, and clogged pores, no?

Maybe, consistent use of salicylic acid (BHA) or retinoids can meaningfully shrink pore appearance over weeks to months.

Hydrocortisone helps better cuz nasal skin is already some of the thickest and oiliest on the face (lots of sebaceous glands), anddd it
suppresses the collagen production in the skin over time with prolonged use.
