Advice about nose/chin and where do I stand 0-10

I'm at about 23% bf but always had this double chin look even when lower. Also, If you look at my face from the front it looks like my eyes are uneven but I think it is an illusion created by my retarded nose that isn't straight. When I smile you can see that the eyes appear normal and the nose curvature reveals itself by the way it stands above the front teeth. What you are your thoughts? I've been thinking about genio and rhino lately.

It's very difficult to rate you considering you're at a very high bf%, post updates when you're at a healthy body fat % for a better rating. Currently a generous 2 PSL imo.

I know I shouldn't smile in photos I just wanted to compare my front teeth with the nose tip so you can see that it is crooked to the side.

When you say I'm bloated do you mean that it is facial fat or do you think I have water retention. If it is water how do I get rid of that shit?
