I'm 19 about 196cm, 122kg at what I would estimate to be just under 30% body fat, 59cm bidelt, 46cm arms, currently week 2 on reta already 4kg down, looking for advice and current and potential rating,

I see a good amount of potential once you lean out, fix the facial coloring & fix up your hair style a good bit.
What i'd do if i was starting over again and in your position is straighten hair & grow it out a bit, dye eyebrows & lose weight. With your facial shape you're gonna have a baby face until you really lock in but yh. If you REALLY wanted to keep curly hair you gotta make it unfrizz, but that shit will still not look the best. Good luck my man.
