Went to the dentists today for the final stages of braces (kangaroo bands for jaw alignment), and asked for looking into a MARPE as an option and got told outright that my upper palet is fine. Heres were i need the advice, since im still young, hardmaxxing is out of the picture until 19 minimum since by then im out of highschool and moved out, i need help for asending using soft maxes, and maybe potentially peptides? But im really all ears. Kinda bumed out about not getting the MARPE tho

i'd honestly look into nonsurgical hardmaxxes because you're at such a developmental age still, but if you absolutely can't then just look at botb theres a ton of easy softmaxxes there

Recently i have bee eating a more natural diet, so lots of tropical fruits and berries, fish (salmon, tuna) beef and chicken, with bare minimum for veges, only the needed ones like sweet potato, red onions and carrot. Lots of honey and milk too

get down to 10% bf, hop on accutane 20-40 mgs ed untill you reach cumulative dose 135mg/kg so if you weight 70 kgs its 9 450 then maintain with 5-10 mg twice a week, wash your hair, get a haircut. Booom fullys softmaxxed
