I am a 14-year-old boy; I go to bed before midnight, follow a macronutrient-focused diet, and avoid junk food. I run at least 3 km a day on the treadmill and rarely do strength training, yet my cheeks look quite different from what one might expect given my lifestyle. They are rather chubby compared to those of my peers, and I also have facial asymmetry—my chin is slightly shifted to the right due to genetics (my father has the same trait). What advice can you give me?

1. You should be lifting weights, strength training 2. Id you're already lean, it's because of genetics some people have stubborn fat in their face that they can't remove with exercise 3. If this is you, use kybella, lemon, aqualyx, uc, lipo vela, etc to remove this face fat

Mark solution

Are such medications safe for me at my age?
