Okay nothing personal this is just doing everything I can:

Overly large forehead: Hair transplant and fin + minox, or shave it and get a hair system before people notice.
Asymmetric eyes with UEE, surgery to produce almond shape (almond eye surgery as they are too wide) and to fix upper eyelid exposure fat grafts.
Narrow lips and poor definition on them, fillers for fullness and lip widening surgery
Potential fillers to make jawline wider, could also try chewing falim gum.
