Just turned 18, 105lbs, 5’8, (Though hit puberty late - Growth plate still open confirmed by an X-ray)
Poor sleep 2-5 hours nightly, really bad sleep schedule. (Trying to fix)

Honestly I fucked up throughout high school from overdosing on cocaine and alcohol to involving myself with degenerates, my mental health has been at an all time low. I dropped most of my friends as I don’t see myself getting anywhere with them. By improving my looks I believe it will help the other aspects of my life which I have failed to control.
