im 18, 190cm 80.4kg
its really hard to gain weight for me i counted calories for 3.5 years (3600-4200 depending on the training regiment and 200g+ protein) just to still be pretty much skinny are there any ways that i can bulk “better” that the results are going to be visible faster? i dont want to bulk up with pretty much only fat as i did earlier bc of a dirty bulk and i cant lean bulk bc i dont have the money (im in highschool)
