advice for bulking?

im 15, 6'4, 140lbs
ive been tracking cals for a couple months, usually hitting 3000 a day. i was told i should be hitting ~115g protein daily.
i have a bit of muscle and very low fat. gonna start hitting the gym in a few days after my exams are over.

eat alot dont miss protein
use ghrp-6 if u can't eat alot

140 at 6 4 is lowk crazy
just wait it takes time 1g of protein per lbs bw is optimal

good just eat clean or at least eat stuff that you can easily track the calories of accurately. my first ever bulk i got extremely fat because my 3000 a day was more like 4000 because i was eating too much shit that was impossible to track. it makes food suck but its the trade off during your first few years of training and putting on size

dont go way over maintenance as you will gain mainly fat

maybe like 300-500 over maintenance

0.8-1g of protein per pound of body weight
0.3-0.5g of fat per pound of body weight

0.3-0.5g of fat per pound of body weight
that 1g of protein per pound of body weight only really applies to people maintaining muscle, not to those trying to gain muscle

What do you propose to do rhen?
most of the studies done focus on average people not bodybuilders aggressively trying to put on muscle. personally i try to go for 1.5-2g per pound of body weight.

I’m all for more protein it’s just that it can be challenging trying to keep it in range of calories

I feel like 200-280g of protein is doable since the guy mentioned aiming for 3000 calories daily (although i wouldn't recommend eating 3000 calories a day if you're starting at 140 lbs)

I agree with you 3000 is a bit steep to start on

Use a maintenance calculator online to find a rough estimate, try that for a week or two. If your weight goes down your maintenance is higher vice versa. And then try again

Then after that bulk
