I’m 17 , 173cm 😭😭 I’m doing hiit 2 times a week , going gym 4 times a week (arnold split) , basketball 4 times a week each 30min , doing basic skincare, vitamin c serum, eyebrows grooming, chin tucks, face exercises , salna 2 times a week, vitamins: d3,k2,omega3,magnesium,zinc,vitamin c,b6
