I am 16, 178cm and 65kg i was planning on running for 3months and start week one 4iu ed week 2 6iu, week 3 8iu and 10iu ed normal dose for the rest 2 months. Also Will be taking t4 pill (50mcg) ed. What else i should know

Take 100mcg t4 and you nennt need to wait so solnh you can jaut do 5 iu for 1 week then 10 iu and you need to do it for 1 year or at least 6 months
