Advice for improvement

Other than my acne I would like some advice on how I can improve. I am about to hop on Accutane and HGH with anastrozole. I am already on minoxidil. My current age is 16. Height is 5’11”. Weight is 140lbs. I will also attach my growth plates for reference on height along with photos of my physique and my face at its worst.
