Real advice: You can't really softmaxx lips to get them wider, surgery

For fuller lips do volufiline (yes its not cope, for some ppl it works for some it doesnt, the results are minimal thought)
Also brush your lips when brushing teeth to promote circulation, hydate them with lipbalm and drink a lot of water
