i know this isn’t possibly the best photo to use, since i’m looking down. but i need advice to look better, some simple changes i can make, just to look better and more approachable.

Grow ur hair also from side something like this… and dont go for canny psl find ur arc and fit in u have really good base and soft max ur masseter
