No bs answers please js want help. Currently 15 turn 16 soon im 6”2 and ive been working out consistently on a 6day a week ppl split, eating around 150g of protein a day and cutting down for the summer on reta and trying out cjc ipa, i am considering hopping on roids but if i do i wanna be sure i need it want tips on how to improve my body further
ive lost around 5% bodyfat in past few weeks im working on it
