Hello, i am the greyest of greys this is my first day on the site and i figured might as well hop on it cuz i want to ascend more. currently, i am 18 years old, white, hazel/green eyes, 186 lbs, and 6'5.5. my frame is pretty cooked, and i feel like facially i can ascend more as well. i am open to everything except surgery right now, simply because of the money issue. i am currently hitting anterior/posterior 4x a week which i started a month ago to help alleviate my frame problem, and i have a simple skin care routine of- morning: clindamyacin pad spot treatment on acne, vit c serum, caffeine undereye cream, moisturizer (haven brand got it for free), and tinted spf. nighttime: cleanse, tretonoin cream, and same moisturizer. For my hair, I dont wash it in the shower but i use sea water since i live near ocean. currently growing the hair out. also dyed my eyebrows recently. if anyone has any tips for me, peptides, steroids, whatever, i am open to it. just need some starting guidance because i am honestly clueless

For frame growth just take test, an AI and HGH. There's tons of other stuff you can take but the ROI is lower that with what I said above

The test is cheap asf you can get it for like 10 bucks a month. AI also cheap so I'd say like 20 the HGH is the more expensive part I'd say like 75-150$ if you have a decent

You need to go on a lean bulk,600 test 400eq,maybe throw in some igf lr3 and lgd and see where youre at after this,but most likely get some reta and cut down to 10-12% bf get some oral min and dye your eyebrows and hair darker
