for me. even tho it might seem like tales.. gym helped me. you can genuinely rewire your brain. when you associate "feeling good" with porn thats where addiction begins. ever since i started going to the gym and seeing results the pump became my "feeling good" moment. its hard to explain but you should try to do something that makes you FEEL insanely good and try to do that instead of porn. so anytime id get a boner and want to jerk off id go to the gym instead, get a pump, look at myself in the mirror and be happy. hope this made sense

U gotta stay as busy as possible and detox from social media and the internet in general. I got it so bad blasting tren I worked up to jerking it over 400 pound fatties 6 times a day (because u need bigger stimulus overtime like a drug).
Remove ur social media or seriously manage what u see on it and then stay as busy as possible even if you have to do bshit things to take up time like volunteering.
If you do need to scroll the internet dont sit in ur bed doing it. Do it somewhere u cnt jerk off/have sexual thoughts.

an effective way would be to gradually decrease the hardcore-ness of the porn you're watching.

you'll be somewhere along this spectrum but say the most dissociative, dopamine inducing porn would be some obscure fetish / hardcore shit, 4khd video with studio lighting and multiple camera angles then the "pure" end of it would be using your imagination. Somewhere in the middle of this would be an amateur porno with one angle and in 480p quality with shitty lighting. There's a lot of things that come into play when desensitising yourself through porn and its based on how realistic the scenes are.

What you need to do is gradually build up to watching lower quality, more realistic porn, eventually getting down to the lower quality videos with minimal angles, bad lighting and normal average looking actors. Eventually you'll pivot to using your imagination and then you can quit.

Of course you can just "quit" but I imagine it would be hard if you're so desensitised to it all. Maybe give that a shot as it sounds plausible in theory.
