I hate ALL people, that are always bitching to me about not owning real estate. and renting still.
With the kind of money I have. As most regular people have.
Buying real estate, basically means putting 80+% of your net worth into real estate. and exposure to real estate of 95% of net worth.
Obviously owning Real Estate, is generally speaking a positive thing.
but imo only, when one has enough money. that one only puts like half of ones net worth and exposure into real estate, and the rest (50%) of ones net worth into other things.
