What surgery should I get aside from rhinoplasty to ascend.

As I said, get rhino (best option, still don’t advise) them from there figure out your options or be content. Chin implants seem unnecessary right now.

U got it all wrong. Youre infras/mandibel is recessed. That’s why u look reccesed. The bone under youre eyes are recessed. So if u want my advice get infras surgery.

Exactly would recommend eye fat graft. Probably the safest option. And the most likely to succeed in terms of what u will be happy with.
