Rule 1: NO CARBS, Carbs=sugar sugar=carbs.. it will increase glycation of your proteins, increase oxidative stress, aging your DNA, It will raise insulin chronically making you fat.
Rule 2: Minimize sunlight. (MOST IMPORTANT) Especially if pale, the reason blacks and Asians age better than whites is because their extra melanin protects their skin cells' DNA... completely provably true...
Rule 3: Anything that isn't fatty meat is a risk. The natural human diet is meat, fatty meat. Humans can live until 120 years old easily, without disease if they follow their natural diet. That means ideally no plant material, especially seed oils and smoking.
Rule 4: Live safe, live slow. Exercise is bad for you, oxidative stress etc. Ideal exercise is walking or jogging, 1-3 miles each day, no need to do more... ideally walking too. and don't take risks in sports where you can be hit or injured, think boxing jew jitsu, even football/soccer
For recreation: I like to smoke small amounts of weed and play on my computer, try to learn a skill on your computer. relax.. life is a complete cope anyway.
Rule 5: Money = power = time Save your money and invest it... Even 100 dollars a week invested into a basic bitch ETF will net you a fortune over a decade time horizon...
its really so easy to become a millionaire and retire early with consistent investing.. but if you wanna take it a step further invest in technological developments like robotics, ai, crypto and private rocket companies etc..... you can make tonnes of money with a little risk involved.
School and modern education is basically redundant in most cases, you can learn on your own by enlarge but try to find a niche you actually enjoy and try to master it like being in a medieval guild.. dont rely on your silly school qualifications unless its in maths physics or chemistry... anything that isn't this may as well be dogshit in reality...
Try to ascend/maintain social class, your social class is there for a reason, they are the people most similar to you in terms of aesthetics, attitude, interests, accent, intelligence... The best way to remain part of your social class is through money + connections via university and employment.
Rule 6: Be careful who you listen to. Don't let your boomer school or parents dictate to you... Life is mostly about your looks and your personality combining with other people's looks and personality.. Try to pick up other peoples vibes, if you are attentive you can see pretty easily: is this person a friend or foe, thats all it comes down to really... but you will have to put up with people for gain most of the time, but know where you stand with people, and make it as easy as possible for both of you, remember no stress no regrets.. never be confrontational unless they absolutely deserve it and you have an escape plan.
Rule 7: Maximize the good vibes... Pick up the bong (if you can handle it) Weed is pretty much harmless and while im on the topic, weed stocks are probably a good play for a nice 3x over the coming years.
Rule 8: Grow your hair at least 3-4 inches long and 2.5-3 inches on the sides and back... universally the best hairstyle. don't cook yourself at a normie barber who will give you the slave chop
