Hi yall. I wanna start by saying that for 18 years of my life, I’ve built a relatively nice physique while staying natty. I am 6’0 and 175lbs lean, please refer to the reference photos. Although, as most of us will know, there is a trade off between time and outpost into the gym as a former natty lifter, thus posing a thought to quit the cope and finally hop on.

I am seeking a beginners cycle that while allow to to build a halo physique with what I already have in a 2-3ish month cycle, while also ensuring my health and natural test levels are not utterly jeopardized, yet enough to see visible muscle gains that can be mostly kept after one or two cycles, with pct of enclo 6-8 weeks in between.

My first thoughts was to run 300mg test weekly alongside 20-30mg anavar daily (yes ik anavar gets lots of hate and pushback, it’s just what ik to be the safest), maybe throw in some cjc + ipa just for the fun of it

And although ik ppl will jump in on this thread and recommend a demon cycle, I want to be explicit about the fact that I want to be able to run something that balences both health and muscle output (if it even can jfl).

I would really appreciate some recommendations as to what to add or change to the stack, and maybe some advice on pct or finding doctors to prescribe bloodworks.

Thank yall for your time if you’ve read this far through my yap.

Gain are solid brah. and yeah low dosage test in the 300-500 is totally a good start, and the var is nice.

Only thing to worry about is you may run the risk of getting a very negative side effect and not knowing which compound is causing it due to you starting both at the same time.

Also please don't PCT, it's pretty stupid and no professional bodybuilders even do it because you'll likely lose a shit ton of muscle for almost no benefit.

Rather they usually run a low dose of test, 200-250mg and cruise on that until health markers are normal once again.

Lastly, cycle length shouldn’t be based on an arbitrary timeframe. It should depend on your health markers. If your bloodwork is still in a normal range after lets say 3 months, you could continue.

Thanks for the response. In the case that health markers are good, I’m still perplexed by the idea of relying on test for the rest of myself. I don’t want my natural test levels to get cooked. So in that case, how can I rebound if back towards regular levels once again, that being once I decide the cycle has been enough for me.
