So I am planning on either getting double jaw, or a sliding genioplasty but I do not know what to do concerning downgrowth and is it worth it to ask my orthodontist or get a maxillofacial surgery appointment any advice is highly appreciated
I think I have tension in my right side as well seems like it pulls that part of my face down, but maybe it is just genes as I am 25%korean and maybe this played into the downgrowth of the maxilla
