Came across a website selling lifts, wondering if anyone has experience with using lifts?

Thoughts on these? Is 5 cm too much?

They only give 50-60% of the measured height, because of compression and the way lifts work. 5cm is too much for most shoes, but 3cm will work on all of them unless they are really low top

These are very good
5cm is not noticeable, there's niggas here frauding 10cm and getting away with it
