my falim gum has just arrived and i’m looking to start chewing, how should i chew and what teeth should i chew with to maximise growth? i’m 15 atm, mostly looking to grow masseters but if there’s other growth benefits then i’d like to try and get those as well

good, so you can chew on molars and premolars without risking sfs.

dont bother with incisor chewing.
make sure the gum stays witihin the space outlined by your teeth.
if it goes outside, then your buccinators will be engaged.

you do not want buccinator hypertrophy, it gives you a bloated look.

everyone here always says to chew with molars but i don’t really know why since i’m pretty sure the front teeth are the most efficient at activating only the masseters, or is there another benefit to chewing with molars?

ok i’m assuming you haven’t tried hard gum and have just read the reviews saying they’re like chewing bricks.

1. it’s not hard i chewed for an hour yesterday and only stopped because i had to eat
2. i literally tried chewing about a year and a half ago for about a month and i saw results in that time that even friends noticed
