dude my life is now going absolute shit rn, like worst state i could be in rn. like im very unmotivated and basically wasting my days off. i was ugly before and still am, but i was doing a bit of progress before i lost track. now its fucking depressing.

1)firstly im gooning 24/7
like idk why, but im like fucking wanking my shit off like 4-5 times a day, bro, i fucking lost control, just slightest of sexual anything, seconds later im gooning.. and my brain is fried completely and vanilla corn doesnt even excite me. im going to extreme genre (few its very embarassing to even share here)

2)my skin looks yellow, white, browinsh disgusting fuck
for some reason my skin colors have been going absolute bonkers idk why, its like fucking disgusting sickly yellowish, before that i had good skin, like fair-ish with natural blush (idk if thats a good thing for men) but now i look like fucking patient who had jaundice

3)my grades started dropping too
one thing i actually had to flex was my grades which are going downhill, especially its kinda with my gooning addcition. both academics and gooning have been there for a month now. though skin problem has been for almost a year now

4)my body is skinny fat
thanks to shitty diet, this problem has been there since i got rid from being fat to skinny fat. ive tried to loose weight. idk, my BMR seems to be shit ig idk

any advices, especially for my fucking face, it'll help me alot

just try to go on 1 time a day and never ever look at any corn change to a raw mean and fruit diet mainly organs and wiki aswell as raw milk and raw eggs maybe blood also also get 10 hours of sleep and fall asleep from 10pm-11pm every night eat your last meal 2 hours before you fall asleep and don't take any unnecessary medications also just do basic softmaxxes and lock in at school and get a gym membership that easy fag
