Holy overjet firstly a ortho would probably recommend braces to align teeth then you can get the surgeries. They’ll prob recommend more surgeries in one , bimax + genioplasty and maybe lefort . This shit impacts your quality of life since pain and all , maybe insurance could cover it since it’s really aggravated talk to your parents
