I'm 15 years old and really love the gym., I got motivated to start going by watching zyzz and it's been going great. I wanted to just ask for advise on how to achieve an aesthetic physique natty, Workout splits, Calories, and how to cut without fucking up my hormones and development. Any advice helps, thanks.

My best advice would be to go on a steady lean bulk until you're 17. Aim to gain 0.25-05kg per week (0.5-1Lb). During puberty you'll still grow and as a result will lean out a bit naturally if you're eating healthy and not eating an excessive amount. For an aesthetic physique focus on hypertrophy based lifting over strength biased training. How many days per week do you wanna hit the gym?

Okay thank you. Right now, I've been going 4 days a week doing Upper/lower split. but honestly if you have a better split I don't care how many times a week I need to go.

Upper/lower is good. Splits don't really matter as much as people suggest. It's just about having the best split for the amount of days you want to go and U/L is good for 4 days. My best advice with splits is to make them work for you.

E.g my back and shoulders are overdeveloped, so I hit them on the same day once per week in order to bias the less developed parts of my physique. Over time you'll learn what works for you in terms of volume, frequency and all that stuff so the more you go the more you learn.

Okay thank you I'll probably stick with u/l and just see what happens and how I look in a year from now then see if I need to change anything like frequency, different movements etc.
