There's no difference in safety with chin and gonion filler, if anything, gonion would be safer since its literally impossible for you to hit an artery

Your issue should be avoiding filling arteries no one gives a fuck about nerves

Show me an artery you're at risk of blocking/filling near your gonions. The submental artery is a solid 3cm away and is at no risk of interfering.
